It has no significance in the real world as its a routine training flight, they fly every second day or so, but, Pelosi is currently trying to drum up support amongst the swamp for disabling the President's Command authority over the military, including Nuclear forces. The B52 is capable of carrying nuclear payloads, but this is just a training mission so they wont be carrying anything. But Pelosi being told that there are a pair of B52's heading for California may cause a hyper paranoid response and public screeching fit.
