I do believe we are talking about deep fake on the Trump video - it seems like a manipulated video tome, but that's not really the point I want to make. What just occurred to me is much more sinister.
My theory is that deep fake is how they are going to prop up Biden. Think about it. They can post videos of him speaking - saying ANYTHING they want him to say. He doesn't even have to be coherent for the next 4 years. They can hide him in a closet and push out a video from time to time, saying he's afraid of Covid, so that's why he's not seen out in public.
He wouldn't even need to be alive and they could still use his image as president.
I was having a shower thought this morning that Biden is dead (and has been for weeks/months) and everything we have seen from him recently is deepfake. The last few times I’ve seen him he seemed so rigid and robotic. When is the last time anyone has seen him in the wild? Maybe that’s part of the reason Trump seems to be doing what appears to be deepfake lately, to get people used to the idea that it can and has been used by the Biden team.
I can’t believe how tin-foil-hat-ty I’ve become, but lately for some reason it’s more believable than reality.
Don't put anything past these people. They will do anything for power.
