I do believe we are talking about deep fake on the Trump video - it seems like a manipulated video tome, but that's not really the point I want to make. What just occurred to me is much more sinister.
My theory is that deep fake is how they are going to prop up Biden. Think about it. They can post videos of him speaking - saying ANYTHING they want him to say. He doesn't even have to be coherent for the next 4 years. They can hide him in a closet and push out a video from time to time, saying he's afraid of Covid, so that's why he's not seen out in public.
If it is a "deepfake", why don't they just have him congratulate Biden and truly concede?
I also have a video background and see no issue with the video. One thing everyone dismisses with online video is compression. People point to artifacts in the video as proof of something nefarious when it's just basic video artifacts in the compressed online video.
Also easier to hide anything weird with compression. I started watching it with my wife, and before I even comprehended what he was saying, I told her "this doesn't look right to me". I can't even put my finger on it exactly, but to me the mouth looks wrong. Also, the way his head/neck rides on his shoulders. It just looks strange.
That being said, it could very well be legit and I'm imagining things. Although, the implications of what could be done with Biden is what really prompted me to post.

I have no good explanation for that part. None of it makes sense, even if it is real.
I think Trump ordered the deepfake for whatever reason, maybe to buy time. Possibly because he was threatened into making specific statements which he did not want to make.
The head movements left to right seem fake as fuck.
It's not training every single person I've spoken to on either side of the issue experienced the uncanny valley.
This is a deepfake. Exactly repeated unnatural movements and tearing covered by blur around the neck are the most obvious and easiest to see going frame by frame.
It's a horrible obvious deepfake is the weirdest part.

That would be too much on the nose.
IF this was a deep-fake from the left, they'd still want to paint him as "dangerous to our democracy" obviously. They could both demoralize supporters with this video, and then move to impeach or charge him with a "leading a coup".
