Wrong. I worked in the missile fields. The only thing we got from Offutt was new launch and enable codes. In a shit hit the fan scenario we’re not gonna lolly gag on over to Offutt to do a nuclear strike. Also a nuclear strike would more likely than not come out of a sub. An end of world event world even would come from a missile silo.
