The military sets up a uniform election protocol for all the fraud states (no need to do the whole US). In person voting with ID, on paper, counted by hand by army and national guard troops. Absentee voting allowed with a tight window. 100% signature verification. It's essentially a re-do of the Nov 3 election with military oversight.

I personally have major doubts about the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. I don't think he will be any help. Not trying to doom, but his public comments after Trump cleared the park in front of the White House to visit the church that ANTIFA tried to burn down makes me not trust him at all.
