This is what disinformation looks like. Spam low energy submissions to degrade productive organization. There's groups that want to drive out any moderates to push people to extremes (probably media propagandists fishing for content to write). You get your circlejerk types, anything to anger, outrage, divide topics (e.g. timposting).

On reddit volunteer mods get rolled. Admin don't provide tools to effectively ban sources of these things. On win, you'd assume admins have more access to assess where the traffic stems from. They don't seem to be taking as aggressive stand I would to kick out low energy spam.
