It's not possible, there is no recall in SC. He barely won this time odds are good for a primary challenger if we can get someone who's not a total flake. The last slate of GOP primary candidates was the best yet but they weren't even close to competitive with either Graham or Harrison. At this point I guess letting the dems have SC would have been fine but in Nov there was still a chance to hold the senate.
