Um.... so I was watching Night76's flight

It just turned to OFF. I'm not a plane person by any means. Does this mean the plane landed or are they flying under the radar, now??? Does anyone know.

No OFF is shorthand for oddity air force base. The eagle has landed.
It landed at Offutt AFB. I saw some pedes point out this is routine for these planes.

Offutt AFB is a nuclear deployment base and home of the Operations Strategic Command, its where HWB went during 9/11. It's where all military communications in the world goes... edit gw not hw.
Just took off seems early for it to take it thru the night, it can hang out for 12-16 hrs tho
