Exactly. They expected President Trump to be there, but he juked them and didn't walk towards the Capitol Building. Now they're pretending anyone in the city who died of natural causes that night was due to the protest while looping the same few seconds of footage over and over again to amplify their narrative.

Ironically, this protest was mostly peaceful. A small cities' police force could have been able to keep everything under control, but for some reason neither the Capitol Police, nor the congressional Sergeant of Arms, bothered to secure any part of the capitol that day.

They were expecting drooling hillbillies, armed to the teeth, who would panic and start a massacre. They were ready, speeches written, new laws prepped. Now they're really mad we didn't actually commit violence, so they're just making stuff up.
