Plenty of attorneys would take this case.
I can see plenty of lawyers not wanting to represent people that Congress have labelled domestic terrorists.

I disagree. Even the President of the United States is disavowing these people. It's possible they won't even be granted due process.

I would encourage one to rise to the challenge. I change careers and learned a new trade after 15 years. The energy is best spent elsewhere, I’ve been there.
Attorneys will take the RETAINER they will give fuckall about the case.
Issue is more that that costs money, and if you lose could potentially burden you with their legal fees as well even if you find someone to take it pro bono

Agreed, Swamp Zombies are everywhere now, And even if the courts aren't bought, They'll sure as hell be blackmailed into refusing to accept the case for sure.
There are enough small courts and non federal judges around the country to keep cases like this winnable.
