I suspect that muslims with half a brain will know that we're honest. If we don't like Islam and we're wary of their culture or some of their countries we'll say it. However they know it's otherwise not an issue. If they're not causing a problem then usually no one will make a problem. I've had to have a few little talks with gangs of muslim youths roving the streets around here having a go at me for me MAGA hat.

Anyone, be they muslim or not is capable of at some point cottoning on to that people on the left are only telling them what they want to hear. Whenever I'm in a group and having a conversation about islam and there's a muslim and one of these sensitive types on the left I always say "Come on dude you can't want to suck his dick that badly."

Start small. Wear it in a safer place, and when somebody challenges you, use that to start a dialogue with them. The truth always wins in the end.
