When they say "unity," they are mis-using it they way they abuse "diversity."
They mean: embrace the Leftist Agenda and the ever-changing illogical whims of Political Correctness- without question- or face their wrath. Mere acceptance is not enough: they demand shameless activism and example-setting or else one is not Leftist-ing hard enough.
The DNC/Leftists will never "tolerate" diversity of opinion, any more than they would include white people in their demographic "diversity" scheme of importing "replacement voters" and simultaneously pandering to all minority groups.
