Any suggestions as to how? We can have distributed storage via torrents so that caches of important information are stored all over the world and can pop up and reseed others. We could upload things into a distributed storage system, but which one?. We could have message boards on the dark web as a place to go when the main system gets shut down, sort of like 4chan. I2P could be useful.
We have to do something because we will be under relentless attack.

VPNs aren't nessicarily services set up like a company like most people use.
