The point of the psyop is to take the truth and sprinkle in enough BS so you can confuse and demoralize people while placing doubt on anything involving what the truth was. Imagine if the reality of "shipped in ballots" were from China. What if the CIA or Dominion or China or whoever decides to use some of their foreign spies to act as "Chinese whistleblowers" to testify to this fact but lead everyone on a wild goose chase in the wrong direction. When reality doesn't match the "sworn affidavit" details, it's not like they'll try again and get taken seriously. And those Chinese whistleblowers obviously won't be charged in the US.

This might have happened with Powell. Those Venezuelan witnesses might have been a wild goose chase. They might have actually helped cheat in Venezuela, but in a different way then they explained. Why trust they're not cheating now? What happens to her credibility? If she uncovers the real truth, will anyone take her seriously? Even if the evidence is 100% absolute, the other side has an easy out or excuse to just dismiss it.
