Web apps. Native apps are already declining in popularity anyway.

It's just a fancy term for websites that are built like apps, with a few extra bells and whistles like notifications and stuff that websites wouldn't normally have. Parler's mobile website would be considered a web app. Bookmark the site to your home screen and you'll never know the difference. :)
