I've read that GAB created it as a placeholder for Trump for whenever he wanted it. They have been reposting his tweets there in the meantime. I've seen nothing saying GEOTUS has taken control of the account yet, but worth watching.
At the least, I'm MORE than happy to read his tweets as Gab posts rather than give Twitter the ad revenue and click-through rate.
Gab has actually been around for a while, you just wouldn't know because it's been banned from app stores everywhere. It was founded with the sole purpose of being a free-speech platform. The CEO is 100% anti-communism / socialism / censorship. He calls it out practically every day. I heard they were even launching a satellite.

yeah but regarding POTUS... it's not like he was posting on gab while he was suspended from twitter. I think in HIS case, it's just a twitter linked site, as well as codemonkeyz... Not saying you can't have a separate account for Gab, just saying in this case I don't think POTUS is logging onto gab's site to post. Not like he could anyway... site is slow as molasses right now.
