If you think that a couple hundred people who could barely occupy a building, with no weapons, no supply lines, and no other effect other than occupying a single building could overthrow the goverment you probably should rethink that. If there was a chance for a revolt it would be through the military after being deployed to take down the protesters, and that did not happen willpower or not.
