Which btw was done illegally. The first judge to grant 'non binary' on a birth certificate had a transgender child and did not recuse herself nor tell anyone. So she still ruled on the case despite a 100% undeniably gigantic conflict of interest. Also the guy that was in court to get it ruled on eventually woke up and realised he was just a confused gay man and said he was pushed to do it by others but was so mentally nuts at the time he just... did it.
