That's a messed-up face if his forehead detracts from pointing a gun at a dozen+ unarmed civilians (with a SWAT team milling around them.)
>I'm still studying the video(s) but: my initial impression is that the shooter targets others in the group before firing. (He seems to take aim a couple of times, deciding who/when to shoot.) Note the guy back-to-the-wall with his hands up, he may not be responding to the gunshot: he may have been targeted just before she was. I want to hear his eyewitness account, and I'm also perusing the videos for a clear view of him in the 5 seconds before the shot: I'm not sure if his hands go up in reaction to the shot, or was he already hands-up upon being targeted ("Hands Up Guy" to the right of the hallway is standing very close to Ashli before/immediately afterward.)
I noticed that right away. My first thought: GUN!!! My second thought: WTF is up with that guy's forehead?
hahaha
