Not saying is it not part of the Grand Design. But we would not be where we are at this moment if people were doing as you suggest.
We are here because of complacency, laziness, avarice, lust, gluttony, murderous thoughts and profoundly selfish motives, not the LEAST of which was slavery which ended more than a century and a half ago, but still echos throughout our society as such evil, while it CAN be stopped, will reverberate for generations to come.
