(or so we are told at this moment) Every single communist revolution that has ever taken place in over a century now (since Communism was invented just after the American Civil War) the nation that had been targeted by the Communists had been disarmed well before the revolution came above board to the people.
Right now these communists are staring down the face of an armed population of 350+ Million Americans who privately own at least 3 times that number of firearms. That we are aware of. Like the admiral of the Japanese navy during WW-2 said to the Emperor of Japan when he strongly advised the emperor NOT to invade the American mainland. "There will be a weapon behind every blade of grass."
