I've lived in China & speak the language. I would rather live there than under the current crop of Democrats. For one I just don't generally like how the site works, really sloppy on mobile in my experience. Then there's the people who run it and how they act. I remember in 2019 they banned NSFW content across the entire site. Totally their choice and I don't particularly care if they do, but how they responded to the backlash was childish at best.
