Actually no crypto currency is decentralized. The governments around the world have got their greedy paws on plenty of it. If they need more to control it, they will steal it or print more money to buy it. We are seeing some institutional money flowing in. This money isnt sticking around for long. Quick buck for them. Dont get caught with the bags, have an escape plan.
