Dear Mr. ______:
Thank you for writing in with your concerns regarding the 2020 presidential election and challenging the Electoral College vote. This is a very important issue and I appreciate hearing from you.
I voted for President Trump and supported his agenda. I have defended the President from attacks from the media and from Senate colleagues. I supported his right to challenge the election in court. The dozens and dozens of legal challenges from Trump’s team have all been rejected, many by judges appointed by President Trump. Every one of them.
Let’s be clear, there were problems in the election. The Senate Committee on Homeland Security has already held a hearing. The committee found that there were isolated incidents of fraud. The Republican chairman of the committee said, however, that although isolated incidents of fraud occurred, they would not have changed the results of the election. Still, there should be a committee or commission investigating and addressing the problems that did occur. However disappointed I am with the result, the result is what it is. Conservatives must focus on defending President Trump’s Make America Great Again policies.
Challenging the Electoral College count is a bad idea. Given that the Democrats hold the House of Representatives, it will not change who is the President. I fear this may damage our democracy. Imagine a future Republican is narrowly elected President and the left refuses to accept the results. If Democrats control the Senate and the House of Representatives, they can oppose the Electoral College count and throw the election to the (Democratic) House of Representatives to determine who the next President is. It won’t be a Republican. All because in 2021 Electoral College count protests were normalized. Some things are more important than one person.
I’m proud of what we were able to accomplish under President Trump’s administration. We were able to repeal the individual mandate / penalty under Obamacare, overhaul our tax code and pass the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and build many parts of the border wall and significantly reduce illegal border crossings. We were able to vote on the most conservative judges in history, defend the sanctity of life, protect the Second Amendment, and reduce the power of the federal government. Because of him, we were able to push conservative ideals to better the lives of Louisianans. Many in our state are concerned about the future. I am too concerned, but I have faith that if true conservatives support and defend our Constitution and inforce its rules, we will Keep America Great.
I will continue to represent the views of my state and do so through hearing from constituents like you. Please continue to reach out, either by phone or by email, when you have another question or concern. You can reach my office in Washington DC at 202-224-5824 or submit an email at https://www.cassidy.senate.gov/contact.

Everyone watched Trump win the election in 2020. We then watched Democrats in Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia commit fraud in a multitude of ways.
We saw that procedures had been carefully enacted in those states to prevent the fraud from being exposed. We saw intimidation and threats of violence to those standing against the fraud. The courts did not refute the allegations, they refuted the cases.
In order to believe truthfully that Trump lost, you have to believe a miraculous intervention:
18 out of 19 bellwether counties went for Trump
Florida, Ohio, and Iowa, which have controlled voting laws unlike the states mentioned above, went for Trump
Biden underperformed Hillary everywhere except the big cities in those key states
Trump gained votes in nearly every demographic compared to 2016
Trump won millions more votes than in 2016
Biden won a record low number of counties yet gained more votes than Trump or Obama
Biden won despite barely campaigning
Republicans won down ballot across the country, even in the contested states above
All of the contested battleground states "stopped counting" on the evening of November 3rd, which has never been explained except via the lie about a "water main break" in Georgia
We watched video of poll watchers being told to leave followed by tens of thousands of votes being scanned as soon as they were gone, and were told that this is "completely normal"
We heard testimony of "pristine" mail-in ballots without creases or down ballot votes suddenly appearing in the exact amounts needed in the above states
Those are just the eleven most unbelievable positions you have to hold in order to justify Biden as President. To believe all of them, and to ignore the thousands of legal affidavits and other reported election irregularities, is simply insane.
Fraud vitiates everything in this election. Trump won.
His point about giving power to Congress would have been OK had it not been for the fact that the Republicans were also calling for an audit.
