The envelope deal is he realized he was bleeding. Assuming he didn’t want to bleed everywhere he grabbed an envelope to catch the blood. Instead of just pocketing the envelope he laid a quarter down and told cops on the way out he paid for it! LOL! You can see in the pic of him sitting at her desk the pointer finger does have a trickle of blood running down and the envelope has a blood stain on it. What a dangerous criminal he is, they should throw Killary’s book of the damned at him! 😂
