Your livestreams are at the provider's whims, if you are livestreaming requet that your audience records the livestreaming. If you don't want to livestream, record in batches of small clips (5 to 10 mins) and set an automatic backup. Automatic upload to iCloud or whatever, and have a computer at home that downloads the backup.

Don't rely on the livestreaming platform alone, it will gather attention and the provider will be able tu pull the cord.
