Go to Youtube, TheQuartering's video tonight on Twitter banning Trump. He has the graph right after close. I just watched it.

File a shareholder lawsuit. Twitter Officers have broken the fudicial duty to protect shareholder value.

IT'S LAWFARE TIME, FOLKS!

Do it. Hostile Board Takeover Time!

If you're a Twitter share holder and it is true they banned the guy driving 50% of page hits, you should immediately sue. This shit has gone wild and they completely ignore fiduciary duty to play politic. Like holy shit imagine someone pissing away 50% of your companies profits on purpose and knowingly. That would be a fucking lawsuit in a heart beat and I can't imagine why no one has buried these assholes yet.

They don't give a shit about fiduciary duties. They're on a kamikaze mission and the fools that financed them with their retirement accounts are being taken along for the (one way) ride. There will be nothing left to sue and if you were fool enough to give them your money, you better get used to the idea of working as a greeter at Walmart until your dead. Your nest egg was pissed away by communists/woke sjw. But don't worry, klaus schwab tells you that when you will own nothing you'll be happy.

You were foolish for not dumping your holdings. We all expected significant changes to social media, either by them outright banning people politically (as they are doing right now), or be section 230 reform.

Either way it's lose/lose for stock prices. I can proudly say I dumped all my holdings recently.

You can be as mad as want .. they don't give a shit. It was never about being a free speech communication platform

3
AbrahamLincoln 3 points ago +3 / -0

They don't care. The Harris admin will give them as many bailouts as they want.

Shalomtoyou 3 points ago +3 / -0

Can someone explain short selling to me? You know, sell stock, then buy it back since you're expecting it to plunge? Like they did at the end of Trading Places?

2
noxousx 2 points ago +2 / -0

Basically when you short you are borrowing shares of a stock and selling it at market price, but you owe it back later. The idea is you borrow say 10 shares today for $100, and then you give the shares back at $80.

Shorting is not wise unless you know what you are doing because there are fees associated with it that aren't friendly to average joes.

They don’t care. CCP and institutional money is propping up their stock. Right now, ETFs and index funds account for like 80% of stock ownership.

Dorsey won't give a shit but I bet Shitter employees do!

2
wethepepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

this.

the "movement" aspect of it will dry up pretty quick when their stock starts to tank

tech workers often take compensation in the form of stock and calculate that as part of their income.

alanlovestea 1 point ago +1 / -0

Twitter is only 5% of Jack Dorsey's net worth. Literally, he doesn't give a shit about it.

2
OneBigMaga 2 points ago +2 / -0

Gotta hit them in the pocketbook. While this won't stop the big government, it will send a message.

2
ZoominLikeToobin 2 points ago +2 / -0

They can sue Dorsey then for the decision that was not in their best interests. Wish I had 1 share so I could file a grievance with the SEC.

Twitter was done before without Trump. They were taking fucking loans out to stay afloat. They were likely done without Trump anyway. They are absolutely done now though. They will go from a big fish to a tadpole in a very short time.

Klandathu 1 point ago +1 / -0

I expect they’ll lose more than money...

1
TheUpsetter 1 point ago +1 / -0

Twitter was dying before Trump announced his candidacy.

1
Jestre 1 point ago +1 / -0

These companies are happy to bankrupt themselves for the party line

1
Latinalover 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well if you are an investor you would be short already. In other words you have known for a long time this was going to happen and you are currently betting on the downfall or implosion of Twitter.

1
americaeffyeah 1 point ago +1 / -0

this is true. Twitter killed the golden goose. Hopin' Trump TV is up and running soon!

1
ObongoForPrison2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

This implies that anyone besides the slant-eyed Chinese enemy have a significant financial stake in Twatter.

Just went to deactivate my account and it gave an error. Said to try again later. They must have stopped deactivates to stop the subscriber loss carnage!

proverbs252 1 point ago +1 / -0

Shorting TWTR is appropriate. It’s putting Dorsey money in my pocket.

1
Mr-J 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hope lots of guys have just set a stop loss

1
SevenThunders 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wait what if we all started shorting twitter? We could create a run on this stock. Monday will be interesting. It has been blown up by the stock rally for no good reason.

1
SevenThunders 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you put on a short in after hours on twitter? Le't see.

1
Coeus314 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm hopeful none of my 401k has this junk stock in it! KILL THE STOCK! FUCK these guys!

1
wethepepe 1 point ago +1 / -0

Commie Jack mightn't care but the blue haired idiots will when suddenly the stock compensation they were promised as part of working for a big tech company becomes near worthless.
