It was either this or just a total fake, some FBI guy planting a suspicious package so they could point fingers. I keep saying that they meant to have a better riot - they thought there would be toothless hillbillies, armed to the teeth, and they could incite them into opening fire. They would have had a massacre with lots of bodies, and everything they needed to push any legislation they wanted. Instead those darn patriots went and followed the law, wandering through the Capitol like they were on a school tour. They've made good use of a couple broken windows and a cop having a stroke though.
