Source this please - We all know this isn’t going to happen. Even Joe BriBen can’t control the interWebs. This would leave only Jerome w/a gun and the helpless little lady loading her groceries in the car in the middle of the day....... he’s 257lbs she’s all of 118lbs. No worries. The police will help her....your wife, your mon, your daughter etc = this 💩will never pass nor be enforced. IMO
