The problem with any platform is that absolute free speech isn't desirable, as he indicates himself by alluding to the vicious speakers on current platforms. Would those users be banned from joining or posting at a new platform? If so then a new would the same as the old in regards to preferred speech, not free speech. Twitter and FB are hypocritical jerks, but the free speech argument isn't going to hold up anywhere in absolute terms.
