I know Twitter is garbage but hear me out. Trump was sued for blocking people on his Twitter account because it was a violation of the person’s First Amendment right.
I’ll admit I did not read the decision, but if the court in essence said Twitter is a public platform where Trump has to allow people to interact with him, then aren’t they violating the such a decision? I know, Twitter is asshole but as an attorney I find that to be an interesting prospect.
Didn’t they say his account could not be deleted as long as he’s president, he still is.
