As the the title states, Republican controlled States need to pass section 230 reforms at the state level. That social media platforms large enough to become defacto town squares engaging in political censorship cannot operate in the state, violations result in prohibitively expensive fines. This forces platforms Google, YouTube, Facebook & Twitter to lose tens of millions of users within a state with 230 reforms or they allow users to post without censorship or manipulation.

Wake up. There is no republican party. They are all on the same damn team.

But don't worry, there is an easy fix. Ban twitter, FB, and youtube. We have plenty of alternatives.

Attacking at the state level is an interesting idea. Not sure what the angle of attack would be, but I like the way you think.

Ooh maybe they can become sanctuary states from section 230. Flouting federal immigration law is acceptable, so why not any other federal law? Really, based states ought to go balls deep with the "sanctuary" shit. Sanctuary from federal taxes, the ATF, DEA...

Create and/or use state and local community alternatives.

NextDoor for your local communities to organize, create meetups offline where you're able to talk freely. Lodges. Bars. Parks.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Create a state-wide FaceBook and Twitter... call it StateBook and Stutter (STate fUck twiTTER) and create an ID validation system that can check that you're a resident. (they charge fees but that's ok, crowd source it, Wikipedia has done it for decades)

This is how we organize and fight back this tyrannical bullshit. Our Founders are wishing they were buried face down right now because they would want this whole country to kiss their fucking asses.

Short of a last minute miracle, we are in some shit. This is the last stand in unity, their next goal will be to tear us all apart and prevent us from uniting.

The idea is that it forces these companies to comply to maintain access, similar to the how these companies adapt for other countries. Losing access to a number of states would have a major impact.
