But if you look at the flight schedule, the Nebraska trip is not listed there. But I watched the plane fly to Nebraska in real time.

Not under the current law. Twitter is a private company. If you start a company you have no obligation to allow anyone. Section 230 reform that Trump wanted would declare that gigantic social media platforms have to abide by certain laws. But that would be really tricky.
