They just censored the official government POTUS page. That’s a national security threat. Can the government shutdown Twitter now?

This argument is completely incoherent. Twitters, googles, and facebooks market caps combined wouldn't fund the government for 1 year.

Screw the app stores, they are monopoly scams. The web is the real platform and it is hard to control unless you start going China firewall which is extremely hard to implement in America and the west considering even normies wouldn't be cool with that level of censorship (at least at this current moment)

They control information which is the most valuable commodity in the world.

I agree, it's a form of currency. The place I'm coming from is that it's a voluntary one.

I'm saying the emotion you have while voluntarily reading twitter is a form of currency. Emotions aren't voluntary (To some degree, but that's not what we're discussing), but spending time on twitter is.

A transistor is an electronic device in which a smaller electric current controls a larger one.

In this case, think of google as a transistor. A smaller amount of money flowing through Google into the pocket of key politicians causes the much larger flow of tax dollars to whatever route they design.

Yes, I agree completely. My solution is to remove the government from the equation. What power would google have without a politician to bribe?

You don't need to be faster than the bear, just the other campers.
