San Miguel de Allende. Queretaro is beautiful too. Just stay outta Tamaulipas obviously, even though it’s my second home I still tell people to avoid it. Lots of violence there.
The four seasons just built close by Punta Mita looks like a really good investment. There is no more beach front property closer to Puerto Vallarta for sale. Everything is moving this way, yet prices haven't gone up yet.
Grab whatever property you can. Nayarit is fuggen gorgeous and got that Sinaloa seafood without CJNG and CDS tearing up everything. Won’t be long before it becomes more developed and touristy. La Marina patrols there, should be safer

I agree, I am buying now before it is bought up by Californians and Canadians which both have more money than I have.
