I think the only argument could be if he was a wealthy white male he could afford a good attorney, but if the judge, and jury are woke white simps and WOKEkandans of the medias propaganda, that will do fuck all for you. Not to mention the case would probably bankrupt even a well off person if you were lucky enough to find an attorney to take the case, and get a not guilty verdict to begin with.
