Exactly. They are doing us a big favor. I was feeling really down and out yesterday. But after today I am feeling totally renewed. They are turning Trump into a martyr and red-pilling millions around the world in the process. Everything Trump has been warning about is being proven as the truth in real-time.
Had the media/dems taken a soft-handed approach with its propaganda after Wednesday, their demoralization effort might have been successful. Instead they went full-retard along with the tech companies. They have squandered their big opportunity. The best part is they are too arrogant to realize it yet. And will continue to shoot themselves in foot by overplaying their hand.
They'll just get GABs servers shutdown eventually. They aren't going to stop with just purging Twitter, they are coming for the entire internet and then real life.
I kinda thought so too, but also, ever since Gab Twitter account user blocked me on Twitter for a brief abrupt situation that I didn't even think would warrant to be blocked, it was so absolutely ridiculous that I experienced that type of behavior from a human that is responsible for representing a service that is allegedly championing free speech, cuz what I was saying was responding to one of their blog posts in which they were basically harassing some woman, I don't even know who they were, but the first words in the post were suggesting that they wouldn't name the source for something, and when I read that, I quickly searched google, found the source within seconds, mentioned it in a tweet reply to them, oh and also I @mentioned the woman that was being harassed, since I noticed they had a twitter account too, and then they (@getongab twitter account) blocked me, no words, it was so fucking ridiculous.
Who cares, Gmail, Whatsapp and Insta and all these connected sites force you to put your number in so they already have all my data in one form or another.
I don/t know Gab but Parler should do this: no troll farms. 1 person 1 voice. Too many troll farms destroying the experience. They multiply the influence of a bad guy like Stanley McChrystal or of a private company or intel agency by letting them have hundreds of anonymous accounts. Show your face. No mask, no anonymous or fake accounts pretending to be someone else. Like Voter ID.
We are already fearless. BLM - Antifa are cowards hiding their identity. They are the infiltrators that broke windows at the capitol. They are cowards making threats on Twitter disguised as Trump supporters. Tired of these masked tactics.
Rather than limit opportunities for anons, because privacy is valuable in many ways, I would rather they have 2 different types of accounts: Official & Anon, and provide separate stats for each (i.e. Anon followers & official followers, Anon likes & Official likes, etc.).
Both can interact together, both are included in trends & algorithms, & both have the same or similar privileges, but you have the option to turn off your own viewing of one or the other. Self-curation (like Gab, I think) basically, but still free to post & reach those who want to hear.
This would help with limiting the troll farms or whatever anonymous fuckery for those who are annoyed by it or with getting a realistic experience while still making it accessible & producing more accurate stats. Artificially inflated popularity would show up as a significant difference between the two metrics.
I should cash in on my own idea, but alas. I didn't learn to code, lol. (Well, I do some, but not at a high level.)
yeah not bad. but there must be a way to detect source of thousands of accounts that never move all day because they are a chinese army sitting before computers.
And yet hilarious watching them scramble for their child diddling lives.
We should lessen their pain with assisted suicide.
Paging Dr. Kevorkian!

I was feeling ok yesterday until Google yanked the cord on Parler - it's the servers that are most vulnerable or not.

How? Its personal servers. Meaning they are in control of the actual hardware, not using a company to host them.
I think I like Gab more than Parler.
Parler gets more hype the last year, but Gab was the first major competitor to Twitter and doesn't ask for my phone number.
Parler seems to want to force me to enter a phone number.
I was able to skip the phone number prompt. Just signed up to Parler 12 hours ago.

FUCK YOU DORSEY AND YOUR FREAKY BEARD TOO!

Reminds me of everyone in class putting their heads down, then the teacher asking kids to raise their hands if a question applies to them.
I love it
