I'm just glad the flag is right way. And dont gimme this, oh it's like always moving forward and you're like a pole...fuck that the backwards flag is a subversion of our symbol!!! Like some poor ass fuckwad out there sees a soldier and thinks oh yea like physics and wind resistance... NO. THE MILITARY OR ANYONE SHOULD NOT HAVE THE FLAG BACKWARDS!! lol...I will die on this stupid hill. I swear...I hate it. But LOVE spaceforce!!!

FWIW there is no such thing as a backwards flag. The flag flies as the wind blows. In the case of the flag on the right shoulder, it flies as if you are running into battle.

We joked in the Army that the flag and army nametape was on the right shoulder and chest, as the Army is always right. :)

I wore the flag on my right shoulder for 24 years, now permanently and totally disabled as a result of my service in OIF/OEF.

I sincerely appreciate your service and am sorry to hear you have permanent troubles. I still think its wrong... lol I'm sorry. My personal tinfoil hat..but when it is on clothing it is a SYMBOL of the flag. Not an actual flag flying this way or that. It's a picture of our flag. When backwards its subversion. What if theres a stiff wind at your back...and the flag would fly CORRECTLY even if momentum is forward. If the flag is on your back is it a skinny rectangle of red white red white red white??? If you are a pole and always moving forward, someone behind you doesnt see it broadside. Lol...its silly and yes, I actually do GET it. I just disagree with it and still think its dumb to show it backwards because it is a symbol of our flag. If pictured in a book does it matter if it's on the right or left side of page? IM RIGHT AND YOU WILL NOT CHANGE MY MIND!! lol...
