Twitter has had a good run, Doubled since Mid-March. But it's time to dump the stock for a gain and do something that really matters. You can actually have an impact here. Slowly and steadily as small amounts of people start to sell, the price will creep down. Algorithms and options will automatically trigger and it will fall just a little bit more. Then the red lights start flashing that "oh shit, this time Twitter really went too far".
