If I might say so, I think these days of the Democrats lusting over the power they think they'll get is the plan of Trump to expose them for what they really are.
Thanks. Got really scared about his socialist friends, but with his current support of Trump I'm thinking they are controlled opposition… I don't know. But for now, I'm grateful he's supporting Trump somewhat. Wouldn't trust him 100% tho.
It's nice, just I think there are a lot of democrats here. I saw a sticker of Hillary the other day in a van in an area that has a lot of USA retirees.
I don't know the politics of the area. I was there a month ago looking at some houses. My wife and daughter has been there this week looking at land. They said the people are really friendly, no one wears masks. It sounds really nice. We know a couple of other people that have vacation/rental property there.
Yeah, in general people here aren't caring that much about masks anymore. I've seen only some elders and or some very wealthy areas, and in some big stores that have the city-hall people up their asses.
People are very friendly with outsiders, altho, here's way more insecure than in the US so I'd encourage you guys to learn proper security measures, customs and how police services tend to "work" here, as they tend to be some nasty surprises and bad experiences. Services are way more deficient and if you have the money, private services is always the way to go.
Also I've met some americans that think it's fully lawless here and are kind of obnoxious, not saying it's the case but be careful not to err on that side as there are some nasty surprises there.
My plan is to build and have vacation/rental property for 6 years until I qualify for full pension, then we will move there perinatally. We are far from the roughly type. We just really love the beach and right now Mexico seems a lot freer than the U.S.. My daughter has been living in Mexico City for 2 years and likes it there, even though they are pretty restricted.
The issue is that CDMX is the main political focus point of the country, so it's different from other areas in here.
Here's freer until you mess with a politician, if you are a-political and are streetwise you'll be fine. You can even have guns in your home, not as cool guns as in the US and definitively can't open carry, but you definitely can have them and do some stuff like go to shooting fields.
The government only gets involved if either someone's trying to step on your tail, or if you have a lot of money and aren't paying taxes.
I doubt I am rich enough to be on the governments radar. I will make a small amount of rental income until I move there, but that will probably offset by expenses to maintain the property. I will have to continue to pay U. S. taxes, because that is where my income will come from. I also doubt I will try to bring my guns to Mexico. I will let my son keep them for me in the U.S,.
I don't know what's funnier, that guy's hysteria or the implication that ICE does their job.
The absolute proof that the Democrats want only "diverse" democrats, otherwise they'll try to deport you, ban you, sue you, or make you go broke.
Yup. And remember: a liberal will always accuse another of the very things THEY are guilty of. Racism, bigotry, corruption, sedition, etc.
Right out of the marxist playbook, and indoctrinated into them.
Well said and your president seems a great guy too 👍💖

Im impressed by your English, pede. Id have assumed youre a native speaker. Thanks for supporting potus in this time
Thanks, it's an awesome language.
The chad legal visitor vs the virgin illegal invader. Hats off to our mexican pedes.
Why would an illegal support Trump? Lol. That's so dumb.
I’m wondering that too or panic of what Trump knows.
The bottom line, they went full stupid all because Trump is a good man and listens to The American People.
The one thing that always got me is, they never allowed him to make a mistake. Everything has always been overblown in the end.
Well I hope you enjoy your stays when you visit. ^_^
I will be immigrating to your country soon. My wife and daughter are looking at buying land in Punta Mita.
