Rushing the Capitol was stupid and ended up getting people killed. Those who forcibly broke into secured areas or assaulted police should be charged.
But people shouldn't be charged for just milling around and taking selfies, and it appears that they are doing just that. That is an intolerable double-standard vs the way Antifa and BLM have been treated by law enforcement over the past year.
There are so many CCTV systems in and outside that building, we could build a 360 degree profile for every person in there. Additionally there were plenty of video by grass journalists and fake news. That was the lamest assault on a building ever. I have never seen the police just walk away, stand by, take selfies with people, nor give directions. If you want to know who got violent besides the fools trying to break windows, it was the SS agent who shot Ashli Babbit.
