I work in SF. Everyone was so thrilled, just ecstatic that Trump was banned from Twitter and Facebook, and other conservatives were banned from Reddit, airlines, etc. They were cheering and dancing. They were talking about the "coup" (you know, the one where people were taking selfies with the cops behind the velvet ropes) and how he was inciting violence. One guy said "I try to think about how I'd feel if it was like BLM doing that, and how I'd support that" and another guy said "context matters! One is real, and the other is made up!"

I don't understand how your own party can rig a primary against Bernie, but you think they'd never do that to Trump. I doubt any of them even knew of governors decreeing that signatures don't matter. Or maybe they just don't care if people vote twice... "I identify as two people". They were all on the same page and I was silent. I wonder if these people even know antifa tried burning down a Ronald McDonald house? I guess to support their "real" cause? Do they understand that Mark Zuckerberg can take away their right to speech as well? These people are incapable of thinking things through. The funny thing is I was born and raised in CA, and the vast majority of them are imports, either from other parts of the country or world, and they have set what is now the default political view for "Californians". All of the friends I actually grew up with are based. This isn't coherent, just had to rant. Felt VERY isolated today, and horrified hearing about Elijah Schaffer and #Walkaway being disappeared.

I'm pissed and I live in a conservative rural town. I couldn't imagine that I'd be able to keep my composure living in the city again.
