Yeah, could be. I learned in uni that it was an economic war. The north was industrializing and the south was based on cotton. The north then probably would have needed food (being cold with lots of dirty cities). But since I because redpilled, I questioned all education propaganda. I dunno!
I read the slave diaries - including the ones about their African homeland. It sounded like Africa was more deadly.

I guess that only applies to northerners living in states where slavery is legal (which is very few of the northern states).
