31 I highly suggest we all start running IRC servers it's up to us to keep it going, you need a license for HAM radio but not this. You can but you're better off going through a virtual machine, you could use tails on a usb and boot into that, I'm pretty sure you still get the linux terminal but I don't think it's a daily OS, it's meant to be refreshed on boot
