Spent a while tonight going to ProtonMail, and deleting apps from my phone tonight. This may be a week-long project getting my important accounts set back up, but I’m done with google, FB, and left the twatter and nflx a while ago.

Deleted Facebook today. Realized that so many of the bad times I had over the last 12 years were the result of social media.
