People get this all wrong.

The statute was already there. The executive order was mainly to discourage the destruction of monuments.

The EO just stated the administrations commitment to use a law already on the books, and available for any federal prosecutor to bring.

Nobody should be vandalizing. Patriots especially. Trespassing is one thing... I’m glad none of the historical artwork and statues were touched.

If you truly vandalized things... well.. trumps EO would have to be consistently applied.

And how much time did blm/antifa do for causing billions of dollars to their cities via arson/property damage? Not one damn day. And the ones that were "arrested" were bailed out within 24-48 hours, what a fucking joke.
