It's because he knows no one respects him so he's trying to be a hardass to command respect.
You have to remember, Biden is really stupid. He's a failure. He BARELY graduated like the lowest of his class, yet he was SO OFFENDED when someone called his intelligence that he lied about his grades, what degree he had, and challenged them. This was in the 80's. Then he had to drop out of the race because he LIED about it and got caught.
Everyone knows he's a fool. And it really upsets him. That's why trump kept riding him down about his cognitive ability.
Also being a legit racist, like a REAL ONE makes people extremely resentful.
You're right. He is an angry, hateful, malicious man. Because he's so small mentally it's clear for all to see. He really tries to compensate by being 'in control' and 'no nonesense'. Like he's an authority on anything. He's a joke. If he ever directly gave me a command, I'd look at him, quiet for about 5 seconds, laugh, and walk off. He demands respect and loyalty when you have to earn that shit.
Plus I don't take orders from Pedophiles. Or racists. Or thieves. Or con men. Or money launderers. Or cheaters. Or liars. Or grifters.
