I couldn't find it on google play. Fuckers. I had to download the .xapk from some third party website. Hope it's not a Trojan.

Ah, I wasn't aware you could get it from the parler site. Didn't think of even looking. Thanks.

The Android OS wouldn't allow me to install anything not from the Play Store. I had to get a third party .xapk installer. Whole process was somewhat sketchy...

I'll uninstall, run a virus scan my phone, and then re-download direct from parler. Thanks.

You can turn that off in settings. Go to where you toggle "Allow third party apps" and then click "ok" on the scary warning Android gives you about leaving the nest

While I like the idea the one thing I hate is that I can’t refresh an app I pinned to the Home Screen. On tdw for instance there isn’t a way to refresh a post for new comments.

No big company would put their ads on Parler. They fear the left and only the left. This should not be the case if our numbers are equal. We need an organized boycott against any company that associate with them through ads.

I would pay a optional 0.99$-5$ a month without any doubt to platform that is willing to provide free speech platform, it seems small amount, but the smaller the better - more people will pitch in and they can skip ads
