Well thats the logic of the elites. Their past excuse was we can't be sure that they would go so far as to mass ban free speech.

My liberal friends have told me in recent arguments that if Trump really had a problem with fraud in voting he should have brought it up before the election. The low information fools are shocked when I show them that he did, and the courts told him, you can't sue someone for fraud before they do it.

Of course after the fraud the courts said, well you didn't file it with a capital T so you have no standing, so we know it was all a sham anyway.
