It's not about domains, it's about DDOS protect and hiding the underlying domain name servers.

probably wouldn't be too hard to create our own 'cloudflare' type server setups. Maybe look at the servers that MEGA owns (Kim Dotcom)..combine them with some EC2 servers and some others... Cloudflare is only one of the best known options but I'm sure we have some other pedes here who know server architecture and cloud computing.

I am save (for now), running my server from the Netherlands. For weeks already in contact with Dutch MP Wilders about this. Advising them for the purge that will go worldwide soon.

I am surprised its not gone already, with the ban wave. Theres probably a second and third round coming. Second will likely include TDW, third will be individuals like you and me booted off of any of the platforms we remain on.

You can't count on it. This is not a game.

There's more to it. Where are the domains registered? They can even loose them. What is the backbone?

Why is their no sticky with n alternative communication references etc. ?

The server? Hosted? Own rack? Etc.

It is getting serious.

Hope they are not registered in the US. Been telling MODS to get rid of US registry.

Because, if I were the enemy I'd be studying what sites like TDW intend to do so I could stop them.

Obviously when your planning operational network integrity, you don't publish it for the enemy to see

Domains are just domains, DB is different. // Cloudfare is OUTSTANDING at keeping DDOS attacks at bay. If we need to lik those balls then so be it. They have hundreds of thousands of dollars in intrusion blockage, it's not something pede's can do in their garage (well maybe I can LOL) .. walk gently until they cut us off .. and there should always be 15 ways to do anything ... just sayin ..

You can only insulate yourself from a targeted shutdown so much, everyone ultimately relies on services beyond their control.

I think there could be a way you're wrong, but we need a team to test that.
